Launched in 2013, Noel Music Management works with both upcoming talents and world leading musicians of repute right across the globe. We work as advisors, and managers, offering support covering all musical genres. We take a modern approach to the workplace and offer our team totally flexible working. What this means in practice is that you make all the decisions: where you work, when you work and when you take leave. We ensure a great spirit with monthly events and regular mentoring meetings to support each individual’s professional development.
What our team think?
We try and make NMM an really enjoyable place to work and for this reason we are in the top 5% in the industry for employee engagement. Here are just a couple of answers from our latest employee survey,
“I would really recommend NMM as a place to work, the company is on the verge of expanding with big goals and a team of good and smart people”
“NMM really cares about my well-being, Tremaine (Managing Director) takes time out of his day to check up on me to see how I’m doing when he knows there is a lot going on personally, even on days I’m not working.”
